Second bigger world-wide Society of Emergency and ICU, has advanced in the ideology of the Qualification, Humanization and Democratization of the ICUs. It considers integration and interchange between the diverse countries offering the National Protocol assigned IBS - Intensive Basic Support and SATI - Advanced Support in Intensive Therapy.
